Cavaliers Continue Home Dominance

The Cleveland Cavaliers are the top team in the NBA at home with a record of 17-2, following last night. The Cleveland Cavaliers shattered the Boston Celtics in a nail-biter for the second time this season with a score of 124-118.

Kyrie Irving concluded his game with seconds left on the clock in the fourth, with an apparent hamstring injury but had a prolific game with 32 points, and 12 assists. Kevin Love was the highlight of the night with 30 points, 15 rebounds, and added six made three-pointers. LeBron did, LeBron things and had a solid 23 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists and did just enough to cap off the Celtics.

Following this win against the Celtics, the Cavaliers hold the top spot in the Eastern Conference with the number one seed and do not look to give that up. The Cavs currently grasp a record of 10-0 against the Atlantic Conference this season, and control the East.

This game marked LeBron’s 720th game played as a Cavalier, while passing Bingo Smith for the third most. This game was Kyrie’s fifth double-double in the past seven games, and he is continuing to get more stable with his shot, and with his passing game.
